This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Engagement is confirmed by countersignature of the accompanying Services Agreement or written acceptance from an authorised representative.
This phase is fixed price. Changes to agreed scope are managed through a formal change request, quoted and agreed in writing before work commences. Post-UAT changes outside agreed scope are billable at $185/hr + GST.
Ultron Developments retains ownership of all developed intellectual property until the final milestone payment is received, at which point all deliverables transfer to the client's full ownership. Ultron retains the right to reuse generic frameworks and non-client-specific patterns in future engagements.
This engagement is governed by the laws of Western Australia.
